Booking with us takes three steps

Search above, pick somewhere you like, and send us the dates. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at this point.
- We reply in 15 to 30 minutes
We check the dates against the owner's calendar and come straight back by WhatsApp or email. Your booking is confirmed the same day.
- You transfer, and you're booked
We send our payment details and your arrival information. From there we handle keys, cleaning and anything you need during the stay.

How payment works
For now, we handle payment ourselves.
We're in our first season, and we've spent it on the parts that decide whether a stay is actually good — the standard of the homes, the cleaning, the person who picks up at 10pm.
Card payments through the site are being built, and they'll arrive when they're properly ready.
Until then, choose whichever is easiest for you: InstaPay, bank transfer or PayPal. We send you exactly what you need and confirm the moment it lands. No card fees for anybody, and one of us on the other end rather than a checkout page.

Everything else, handled
Your stay includes the essentials. Anything beyond that, just ask — most of it we arrange at cost, and none of it carries a booking fee.
Met at arrivals in Hurghada and driven to the door, at any hour. Arranged before you land.
Send us a list and the fridge is stocked when you walk in. Useful with kids or a late flight.

Who you're booking with
Friendly Places is a Gouna company that looks after homes for the people who own them. We visit every property, photograph it ourselves and keep it to a standard we'd be happy to arrive at on holiday.
For guests, that means no surprises. What you see on the page is what you walk into, the keys are handed to you in person, and if something isn't right during your stay you message one number and a real person fixes it.
For owners, it means the whole job is off your hands. Cleaning, guests, maintenance, pricing and payments — all of it ours to worry about.
